These large scale portal frame warehouse structures are each 32m long x 78m clear span with 7m high eaves. Manufactured from hot rolled materials, fully hot dip galvanised with colorbond roof and internal walls finished of with a feature of natural light through externally installed translucent sheeting.

The single point-of-contact build management solution provided by XXL CONSTRUCTIONS involved the materials procurement and the build management of the site preparation, the foundation works, the slab laying, the steel frame, roofing, and cladding install, and the occupancy certification for both of these mammoth fully hot rolled gal steel portal frame structures.
