Steel sheds are a specialty of ours — agricultural sheds, feedlots, storage facilities, machinery and hay sheds, and warehousing at any scale. Alongside that: industrial new builds and anything steel-structure related, with engineered portal frames designed, fabricated and constructed in-house — including the patented SMRT® connection, exclusive to XXL™.

Specialising in refurbishments, house raising and new builds. The same quality and end-to-end process we run on commercial work — applied to your home.

Commercial & Maintenance

Make good and tenant fit-outs on industrial and commercial properties. When a tenant moves out, we handle the move-out make good; when one moves in, we deliver the fit-out. We work with industrial and commercial real estate agents as their go-to builder — getting buildings sale or leasing ready, fast.

Your go-to builder for sale & lease-ready properties.

Brendale, QLD Redesigned and rebuilt in hot rolled steel after fire destroyed the original warehouse — engineered to reuse the existing foundation pad and hold-down bolts, and to connect seamlessly to the surviving office building. 39.22m clear span, five container-height roller doors, and a 5-tonne gantry crane running the length of the building.

Bennetts Green, Lake Macquarie NSW · 1,021sqm A skillion-roofed complex of seven self-contained industrial units, each with a mezzanine floor to maximise usable area on a sloping block. Our redesign cut internal wall thickness from 370mm to 170mm using a stud frame in place of mullions and girts — clawing back floor space across the whole complex.
