Ron is an experienced Director with 40+ years in the building construction industry in both contracting and manufacturing, including managing large building products manufacturing businesses. Ron’s industry experience allows the XXL GROUP to be both innovative and highly efficient in its designs and engineering. Ron has a flair for new product development including a history of winning design trademarks and awards.
Sharon has 25+ years experience in senior administration and strategic business support. She possesses a broad skill set and a vast practical knowledge base acquired while undertaking a range of roles, within varying sized businesses across an array of industries. Sharon manages quality assurance, talent management, and marketing for the XXL GROUP and is a highly valued member of the business.
Andrew is trade qualified and a vastly experienced Site Manager, having worked within both the residential and commercial construction spaces for over a decade. Andrew is currently undertaking his Bachelor in Construction Management.
Aiman has a Bachelor of Urban Development (Honours) [Quantity Surveying & Cost Engineering]. He has a solid grounding in commercial sector estimating that he's broadening and expanding under the mentorship of our CEO.
Jayson is a trained advanced bookkeeper. His strengths in analysing, forecasting, and reporting combine to make him an invaluable fiscal management asset to the Management team and the entire XXL GROUP.
