Phil Richards

Construction & Sales Manager

Phil has over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Starting his career as an apprentice carpenter Phil, as he expanded his construction knowledge over the years as he took on new challenges in supervision and management roles within the construction industry. Phil also has numerous qualification including WH&S accreditations and QBCC license. Phil is an integral member of the team and the XXL GROUP and its clients value the skills, knowledge and experience he brings to ensure the ongoing success of the business.

Jayson Redido

Finance Administrator

Jayson is a trained advanced bookkeeper. His strengths in analysing, forecasting, and reporting combine to make him an invaluable fiscal management asset to the Management team and the entire XXL GROUP.

Draftsperson

Quang has 18 years' experience as a draftsman and steel detailer.  His wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to produce extremely high-quality technical drawings is critical to XXL GROUP's single-source complete build management solution.
